His Holiness Pope Peter III

His Holiness Pope Peter III, De Glória Ecclésiæ. (From 22-4-2016 up till the present) In the world, Markus Josef Odermatt, afterwards Bishop Father Eliseo Mary. He was born in Stans, Nidwalden, Switzerland. He is descended from Saint Nicholas of Flüe, a hermit of the fifteenth century venerated in Switzerland as Father of his Country, whose only nourishment for twenty years was Holy Communion, and who succeeded in freeing his country from a disastrous civil war, and miraculously helped Switzerland to stay out of the First and Second World Wars. The Nidwalden Canton Flag displays the papal emblem of the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven in honour of its patron Saint Peter Apostle. Bishop Father Eliseo Mary joined the Order of Carmelites of the Holy Face in 1985 and was a missionary in South America for eighteen years. He was Secretary of State for almost 5 years, from 2011 to 2016.

Pope Peter III has maintained the new Calendar for Palmarian Holy Week, which therefore begins on the 20th of March and ends with the Commemoration of Resurrection Sunday, on the 27th of March; and the 25th of March, the day on which Our Lord Jesus Christ died, will always be in Commemoration of Good Friday, regardless of the day of the week on which it falls. In a world of general apostasy, His Holiness Pope Peter III, as Good Shepherd of souls, by way of his Apostolic Letters, courageously defends and proclaims Sacrosanct doctrine and Morals, thus combating error and other moral degeneration.

As Head of the Palmarian Catholic Church, His Holiness Pope Peter III energetically follows the Catholic Church’s custom of asking Bishops to celebrate the greatest number of Holy Masses possible. All the Bishops and also the Pope himself dedicate several hours of the day to renewing the Sacrifice of Christ and Mary on Calvary. In this way, through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, God pours out abundant graces upon the Catholic Palmarian Church and upon the whole world.

His Holiness Pope Peter III in his tireless effort to bring the Word of God to the whole world authorized the creation of a website in multiple languages. This great work was released to the public on the 8th of December 2018, and became a very important tool for the propagation of the palmarian faith. It is a work carried out very professionally, which also resulted in a beautiful presentation. On this website there are numerous doctrinal and historical publications that explain in detail how the great work of the Most Holy Virgin Mary began in El Palmar de Troya, Spain, since the First Apparitions on the 30th of March, 1968. On the 2nd of February, 2019, the first official video of the Palmarian Catholic Church was published on YouTube. Within a short period of time the Palmarian Catholic Church was already visible on major social networks with several official accounts and in several languages. Thanks to this apostolate of the website and social networks, many millions of people have come to know the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic and Palmarian Church and its Pope, His Holiness Pope Peter III.

Because the Most Holy Virgin Mary in Her heavenly messages asked people to dress more decently and avoid the scandalous garments that are so common today, His Holiness Pope Peter III drew up a 100-page Apostolic Letter to explain this topic in great detail and teach what the Roman church taught throughout history, but today no longer does.  On the contrary, it allows all people shamefully dressed to enter the house of God.  In addition to that Apostolic Letter, His Holiness Pope Peter III supported the organization ‘Daughters of Mary, Imitate Mary’, which is an organization of young palmarian ladies who publish images and videos on social networks to show women and girls how to dress decently and at the same time elegantly, but above all to love and imitate the Most Holy Virgin Mary in their way of dressing and in practising the Christian virtues.

The dedication of Palmarian Pontiff to encourage religious vocations has been tireless, preaching much on this subject and publishing Apostolic Letters for this purpose.  His work has borne much fruit because the Nuns’ Convent has grown by a good percentage of young women with a religious vocation.  Despite the fact that the Palmarian Catholic Church is very small with regard to the number of faithful, there is never a lack of new vocations for the Priestly life.  To this end, His Holiness has appointed wise and prudent teachers to guide and teach the Palmarian doctrine to future Palmarian Priests and Bishops.

To educate the Palmarian faithful has been one of his great desires and that is why he ordered the Bishops to give Catechism classes every Sunday in El Palmar de Troya.  This Catechism is then sent to all the places where there are faithful Palmarians and translated into other languages.  In addition, His Holiness strongly encourages the missionary Bishops to preach to the faithful.

One of his greatest interests has been in teaching Palmarian youth, for this he counts on the Palmarian Nuns who teach them Catechism and some practical work such as sewing, etc.

To instil the Catholic faith into children has been a great concern of the Palmarian Supreme Pontiff, since this prevents children from being corrupted by the perverse customs that exist today in the world.  Palmarian children love the Holy Father very much and are very happy to be in his presence.  All this is clearly seen in the videos posted on social networks.

The embellishment of the Cathedral Basilica of Our Crowned Mother of Palmar has always been considered to be of great importance for the Palmarian Catholic Church.  The Popes of the Palmarian Church have always sought to make this Cathedral, the construction of which was requested by Heaven, as glorious as possible.  Pope Peter III continues this work with total dedication, and the Palmarian faithful always contribute, with their generous alms, to the fulfilment of that heavenly mandate.

Devotion to the Holy Eucharist is paramount in the Palmarian Catholic Church, and for this purpose the Pope commands that every day there is a Eucharistic Procession in the Cathedral Basilica of Our Crowned Mother of Palmar, and in the Palmarian Chapels where it is not possible to have a Eucharistic Procession, he asks for frequent Benediction of the Most Holy Sacrament.  The Palmarian Supreme Pontiff has also organized several Eucharistic Congresses.

Pope Peter III’s love for the Most Holy Virgin Mary is very obvious from the content of his Apostolic Letters and in many other Palmarian publications.  You can see that love in his commitment to providing beautiful images for the Divine Worship and in the adornment of them.  His dedication and devotion to the Mother of God is unquestionable, and his faith and trust in Her is unshakable.  Numerous and beautiful hymns to the Most Holy Virgin Mary have been introduced into the Palmarian Church by his encouragement.

Likewise, the love and dedication of this Pope to increase and promote devotion to Saint Joseph has been very important for the Church.  With beautiful hymns and numerous prayers the Palmarian Church has become a Church with abundant devotions and all the faithful love Most Holy Joseph intensely, imitating the love that His Holiness has for this great protector of the Order of the Carmelites of the Holy Face in the company of Jesus and Mary.

His Holiness Pope Peter III also greatly favours poor Palmarians and also non-Palmarians in very different ways.  Palmarian Catholic Action collects and raises money to send to Africa and other countries where there are faithful Palmarians and thus help with the project ‘Food for the poor’.

Visit of His Holiness Pope Peter III in May 2018 to the United States

This visit of His Holiness Pope Peter III was to participate at a Eucharistic, Marian and Josephine Congress which was itself a great success, undertaken with great devotion and piety by the Palmarian faithful who were present. At this Congress His Holiness spoke to the faithful, among other matters, of the importance of spiritual reading, so necessary to reach holiness. He also spoke about the need for religious vocations.

For the first time in the history of the Catholic Church there was an altar prepared in honour of the souls of Limbo. During the sacred processions with the images of the Most Holy Virgin Mary and Most Holy Joseph, the Holy Father, Peter III, made a stop in front of this altar and all those present prayed in benefit of these souls. Similarly, there was an altar prepared especially in honour of the Holy Souls of Purgatory and the corresponding prayers were recited there to alleviate the affliction of these suffering souls.
